මෙරට සෞඛ්‍ය අධ්‍යාපනයේ ප්‍රමුඛයා වන International Institute of Health Sciences (IIHS) එක්සත් රාජධානියේ Coventry විශ්ව විද්‍යාලය සමඟ එක්ව දකුණු ආසියාවේ ප්‍රථම වරට MSc Nursing, MSc Digital Health සහ MBA in Healthcare Administration යන උපාධි පාඨමාලා හඳුන්වා දෙයි. විශේෂඥ වෛද්‍ය කිත්සිරි එදිරිසිංහ මහතාගේ නායකත්වයෙන් යුතු IIHS ආයතනය දේශීය සහ ජාත්‍යන්තර වශයෙන් 3,000කට අධික සෞඛ්‍ය වෘත්තිකයන් පිරිසක් නිර්මාණය කර ඇත. IIHS ආයතනය එහි අධ්‍යාපනය හදාරන සිසු සිසුවියන්ට ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ ප්‍රවීණයන් යටතේ උසස් මට්ටමේ අධ්‍යාපන පහසුකම් තහවුරු කිරීම සඳහා කැපවීමෙන් කටයුතු කරයි. “IIHS ආයතනය සහ Coventry විශ්ව විද්‍යාලය අතර මේ සහයෝගීතාව අසමසම අධ්‍යාපන අවස්ථා නිර්මාණය කිරීම සඳහා අප සතු කැපවීම වඩාත් තහවුරු කරනවා. මෙම අධ්‍යාපන පාඨමාලා හැදෑරීම සඳහා සිසු සිසුවියන්ට අවස්ථා සළසන දකුණු ආසියානු කළාපයේ එකම අධ්‍යාපන ආයතනය තමයි IIHS ආයතනය. නවීන තාක්ෂණය සහ අධ්‍යාපනයේ නවතම විශේෂාංග පිළිබඳව උනන්දුවක් දක්වන අපි සිසු සිසුවියන්ට විශිෂ්ටම අත්දැකීමක් සැපයීමට සෑම විටම උත්සාහ කරනවා.” එදිරිසිංහ මහතා පැවසීය.
Coventry විශ්ව විද්‍යාලය උපාධි සහ පශ්චාත් උපාධි පාඨමාලා 300කට වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් පිරිනමන පාසල් සහ දෙපාර්තමේන්තු සහිත පීඨ හතරකින් සමන්විත වේ. IIHS ආයතනයේ උසස් ඩිප්ලෝමා පාඨමාලා සම්පූර්ණ කරන සිසු සිසුවියන්ට Coventry විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයට සම්බන්ධ වී සිය උපාධි පාඨමාලාව හැදෑරීමට අවස්ථාව ලැබේ. Guardian University නිර්ණායක අනුව එක්සත් රාජධානියේ විශිෂ්ටම විශ්ව විද්‍යාල අතර 15 වැනි ස්ථානයත්, ඉගැන්වීම් විශිෂ්ටතාව සඳහා 2 වැනි ස්ථානයත්, සිසු සිසුවියන් වෙත විශිෂ්ටම අත්දැකීම් සපයන විශ්ව විද්‍යාල අතර 5 වැනි ස්ථානයත් හිමි කර ගෙන ඇති Coventry විශ්ව විද්‍යාල සමඟ එක් වී ගෝලීය වශයෙන් පිළිගත් උසස් අධ්‍යාපනයක් ලැබීමට සිසු සිසුවියන්ට හැකි වේ. ජාත්‍යන්තර පිළිගැනීම සහ විශ්වාසනීයත්වය තහවුරු කරමින් IIHS ආයතනය හඳුන්වා දෙන මෙම උපාධි පාඨමාලා SLQF දහවැනි අදියර සහ FEHQ හත්වැනි අදියර යටතේද පිළිගෙන ඇත. මෙම පාඨමාලා තෝරා ගැනීම හරහා පරිවර්තනීය අධ්‍යාපන අත්දැකීමක් පමණක් නොව ගෝලීය වශයෙන් පිළිගැනීමක්ද හිමි වන බව IIHS ආයතනය පැවසීය.
